Gentlemen,
I would like to forward two color photos of a dagger which we believe is both rare and, very important.
We have researched it as best we can and feel it is the Labor Corps officer's dagger presented to Mussolini by Konstantin Hirl as a token of friendship when the two first met. It has ivory grips with a Damascus blade bearing a pattern of small roses. The RAD motto is inlaid in gold. The scabbard is covered in blue leather with metal fittings that are silver plated. We also noted the embroidered hanger is not the standard brown leather.
We are interested in any information you may be able to add to our search as we are going to sell it.
Thank you,
Jerry
