When doing a special request order I will need to be paid when I notify you that I am ready to start on it. I will not start untill I am paid.

Hi Stomper -

Just a good business move there.

That will shake the "tire-kickers" out.

best regards -

I might be wrong, but isn't this how most "special order's" of anything are usually handled? If not, I am sure you would be having a "Inventory Reduction Sale" once a year . . . :)
Be safe.

Hi Stomper,

You know I don't have a problem with that! That's just good business as far as I am concerned! I wouldn't do business any other way! You know your loyal following won't have a problem with it!

Hey Stomper - I don't think anyone would have any problems with that. I know I don't.

Let me know if that impacts my December build.

why dont you do good faith money?? when ordering a knife 50% down not refundable unless you cant make the knife. If they dont pay the rest then you keep the down payment and you get to sell the knife that you made for them.

I`m talking more about people requesting their names or initials stamped on their knives. It`s kind of hard to sell those to anybody else.
