Dear Members,

Is there any interest in an Emerson Spec'ed Multi-tool? If yes, please e-mail the absolute drop-dead, must have features you would need included in the tool. If there is enough interest, this may become a reality. Please include serious needs only as the info may be forwarded to the final manufacturer. Please send to multi-tool@emersonknives.com. Remember, the more responses the easier this will be.

- cord crimpers (i play with fireworks sometimes)
- awl
- knife
- saw
- flathead screwdriver
- tiny flathead screwdriver/can opener combo (like a SAK)
- philips
- pliers
- lanyard tab
- black oxide finish
 
I would be defo be interested in that.

The things I use the most on the MTs I have now are pliers (with crimpers and strippers), saw, drivers (flat and philips), a ruler on the handle and the addition or something like an extra long and thick flat head driver for a bit of prying would be good too.

Being able to strip it down and remove things or change the sequence would defo be handy. I think Keeping it simple and doing a good job of getting the most used things on there is going to be way better than packing it with "might use" things.
