greetings all,
after owning the military, para2, manix2, endura and such, thought I'd give the "value" line a chance. i am more than impressed with this resilience. I can't find a fault with this knife. fit/finish is as good as it gets. okay, maybe it won't hold an edge like my s30v but so far, so good. I admit I'm not hard on my knives and don't see the point in "batoning thru a railroad tie so am sure this will be one nice addition for my edc rotation. anyway, just wanted to give my humble opinion on, what I feel, is a helluva bargain. best regards to all.

same here, I 've been collecting for a while and got my first tenacious this summer. Fit and finish is right on par with the US made ones, better then japan's but not at the level of Taichung.

The value line is a hell of a decent knives for the value/price ratio. And the 8cr Under spyderco's heat treat specs is very good for a low-middle end steel.

I might have to buy one now.

The Tenacious is one that gets alot of pocket time.

A bigger cheap blade would be nice when I don't want to beat up
my Endura.

If you are used to closing your spydies one handed and drop the blade/choil on your finger you will only do it once with the Resilience.

The Tenacious is the same.

But it looks like the Resilience will bite / take off more fingers :D
