Found this knife at a gun show in someone's junk box. I am just getting into slipjoint knives, so I figured for $5 what the heck. Took it home and cleaned it up a bit.
From what I can find on the web, it may be from the 50's, but not sure. Its a pretty little knife and something different. If anyone has any info on this manufacture, please
share it with me :)

Seems to me I used to turn up my nose at their fixed blades because they looked kind of futuristic and space-agey. Now I wish I hadn't, of course. Howard City, MI I think, and I think they burned down.
Oh, and congrats- that's a beauty.

That's a nice find OP. My brother has an Olsen Stockman much like yours that he says was made by Hen & Rooster for Olsen. Does it happen to have a Solingen stamp on the blade?

Nope, no solingen stamp on it. it does have a number on it, 113.
