"In between" blade finish- question w/ pics

I am looking for a steel heart with a blade finish in between these. I want a silver/ gray coating but not as dark or light as these two. If they make it let me know. pics would be nice :)

DC is double cut. It is a bead blasted sort of finish. I'm sure someone else can explain it better than me, but I would agree that it would fit the bill perfectly for what you're looking for, if you can find one. It is uncoated, but kinda looks like it is since it has a matte finish.
 
Wow! that is exactly what I'm looking for.

I really want one with the tigerhide micarta handles. Think they have them like that? Maybe I can contact Busse to see If they have handles to sell me
 
The Tiger hide Micarta is only available on Limited Edition models, which are in a satin finish.

I'm not sure if they would sell a set of slabs.
 
Tanker gray would also be in between the satin and urban gray shown in the pics.

But you cannot go wrong with Double Cut... :)
 
I think what you should look for is an ASH-1 with green linen slabs (did they make those?), and strip the coating then beadblast. Should be just what you're looking for. Otherwise pick up one of the tiger linen LE's and blast it.
