IN DIRE NEED!!! Repositioning the clip.

I have a knife that is tip-down and would like to carry tip-up. The problem is, there are no holes to allow the clip to be repositioned. Anyone know of a knifesmith that I can send my knife to have the holes drilled? Have any idea how much it will cost also? Thanks.
