In India for a Few Years

Dear all,

I finally reached India on 25th Dec. I'm in Shillong (Meghalaya) now, in the Northeast. I got a job here, and I think I'll be here for a couple of years. I am in Shillong in particular as it is where my Nepali baagdatta/vaagdatta is finishing her B.A.

I'll try to drop in from time to time, but I'm reliant on internet cafes here, so it won't be frequent as previously.

Have you made all the necessary arrangements regarding student loan repayments, etc.? Several people I know have run into problems in this regard, and from their descriptions it's something you want to avoid. Email me when you get the chance.
