not an organ donor, silly.....

I've befriended a "service worker" who has seen my khukuris and now wants one of his own. He wants to buy one from me.

But I don't want to sell him one. He needs his money more than I do.

Is there anybody out there who would be willing to part with a good BAS or 15" AK? (alas, I have neither in my collection) Either horn or wood is ok. Only reply if it is truly "surplus". I don't mean to take away from anyone's meager stash.

In return for your generosity, I'll make you a file knife free-of-charge.

Thanks for lookin'.

Dan

Dang, Mark, you're too fast.

Sort of a reverse feeding frenzy.

If you need another one, Dan, let me know.

I certainly would not turn down another offer....file knife in return for you too, of course.

Dan what email are you using at this time? I just got a "Sorry, I couldn't find any host named pendentive.biz." message. Sorry and thanks

edited to add; I resent it to NOSPAMdan@bladesign.com. I will see how that works.

email sent to both.

Thanks guys!

I'll be sure to post some "happy face" pics when the new owners see 'em. (he has a few buddies that are also interested)

Pen doesn't skimp on the file knives, as Bruise and I can attest (well, if bruise got his blade yet, that is). over on the exchange, the Sticker resold to a 2nd owner for $120, so you can be sure youre getting a good exchange.

Here's another round fer the helpful folk of the Cantina!

>clink!<

I have a spare AK, but its an 18.5" ~ Might be bigger than they'd want to hump, but let me know if you need it. It really is a spare too, I have two other 18.5 AKs, one's a "beater" villager, the other is a finger grooved model by Kumar that I want to do some work on. :)

You guys are all quite generous. Thank you.

He actually has 3 other buddies that are interested and given the response, I'm considering a full out presentation now - one each. If there are any that are turned down - too big/small/whatever. I will return it a.s.a.p.

Y'all have really made my day. I'm very impressed.

So, shall I just send it on for approval? I think its a better idea to hold it before deciding anyway, rather than guessing by the numbers. And, you can put an edge on it no matter who it goes to. ;)

Dan, you haven't gone back to the T-shirt thread, but if you'll give me an answer (to the question of which ONE of the shirts you want) I'll pack the shirt in with the Khuk. :)

Dan, email- not got.

Is the email in your profile correct? I'll try to send to you, then you can see if a 'reply' gets to me.

email received and reply sent. PM sent too.
