im looking for a knife like this, its very small, this one has high sentimental value to me, so i cannot use it.... but i would love another one like it, (same pattern and size)

(i hosted the picture on photobucket so bladeforums bandwith is not being eaten)

its about 2.5" closed and 5" with both blades open

Wow, that certainly is an interesting pattern. You may not be able to find an exact math, but the pattern is most like a "senator" or "eisenhower" pattern.

Look at some examples here, and you will see they are similiar.

He is also a very good guy to deal with!

Keep your eyes open at J Bruce Voyles' knife auction site. There's bound to be something like it sooner or later. Northwest Knives and Collectibles would be another place to check from time to time; they have a new catalog each month.

Mind if I ask what brand that knife is? It's very interesting. I've seen many small pen knives, but the pointed bolsters are new to me.

the knife pictured is

"Keen Edge" on one blade and
surgical steel japan" on the other

im not looking for a knife thats EXACTLY like this, but something similar, ie small, 2 small blades, etc.

A visit to most any decent knife show should produce a good selection of this type of knife. I seen a number of similar ones over the years, they usually aren't too high in price.

Arron,
It kind of remindes me of a "tuxedo" pattern. Here is one by Camilius. Case also has something similar.

I thought it wasa tuxedo, too. BTW, I have a keenedge-it's terrible, but how's yours?

its probly terrible, but i dont sharpen or use it, good nmemories about it.
