Hello everyone! I'm looking for help in finding a supplier of S5 or 9260 steel. Not for knife making but for the tools I make. I need an alloy with high carbon and high silica content. Both seem to be the "unicorn " of steels in the US. Most that claim to offer it, dont when I actually reach out for a quote. The rest are overseas and either want a 10ton + minimum or dont even reply back. Getting pretty frustrated with searching and any advice,tips,contacts or leads would be appreciated GREATLY!
