So my lovely bride and I are sitting in St-Emilion France enjoying some beautiful red wine and I picked up a few new Laguiole knives from the local Laguiole en Aubrac maker named Didier. The two smaller knives are 9cm versions for my son and daughter, one in snakewood and the other in rosewood. The 11cm is very tradtional with brass and cow horn with a carbon blade. The 12cm is very special and is made from rams crust scales with hammered bolsters and a Brut de Forge carbon blade! I can't wait to get these home and start carrying!
I will post better pics if there is interest in a few days when I get back to Canada...
