In the market for a buffer?

I need a buffer. Have any of you gotten the Grizzly G1061Z? It has 1" shafts that extend 8" beyond the motor and is 1 HP. Give me some buffer suggestions guys -----

Bill I let you know in about a week. I just ordered the same model yesterday.For the price compaired to a baldor I do not think you can beat the grizzly.

Bill: Whats the RPM's. I have homemade ones. 1 @ 3250 rpm's 3/4 hp it's a killer, but puts one hell of a shine SS. The other two are at 1750 rpm's just right for handle work, I keep one just for ivory, bone & etc.

I made on from a 3/4 hp bench grider
I had a machinest make me long arms
that are tape to screw onto the grinder
shafts I made them 9 inches each
to give you room to get in there and work.
I have 45 dollars into the whole thing.

MY MAIN BUFFER IS SHOP BUILT FROM A MANDRELL AND 1/2 HP BALDOR MOTOR. I HAVE PULLEYS ON THE MOTOR AND MANDRELL, SO I HAVE SEVERAL SPEEDS. UNLIKE OTHERS, I USE SLOWER SPEEDS TO LET THE ROUGE WORK AND MOSTLY STAY ON THE BUFFS.
