Hey everyone, I'm currently looking around for a new blade. At the moment, I own:
-Spyderco Resilience for food prep
-Ontario Rat 1 for edc And probably my most carried
-Kershaw Blur edc for heavier applications
-Kershaw Cryo as a secondary knife that I use in public to avoid scaring people.
I'm very open to suggestions, as long as they meet my requirements:
-about 3 inches give or take
- s30v, 154 cm, ats 34, or the like. (No aus 8, 8cr13mov)
-good ergos (finger choil, thumb ramp, quality handle material like g10 or micarta) not all necessary, but one or two of these options would be appreciated.
-pretty open to blade shape, although no wharncliffe, or chef style blades (like my spyderco resilience)
-locking mechanism isn't important, as long as you think it works well.
My budget is around $100. But if you find the perfect knife for me that pushes $200, I guess I can save for It.
Thanks
