Grinding early today!


I just set the lock on this RF3. I'm using the KMG flat platen set at about 11 degrees.

I have some 15n20 bandsaw steel, it's nice stuff and I can plate quench it too! Mine was actually stamped with 15n20 so I knew exactly what it was. That stuff get nice and sharp, but did create a wicked burr during initial sharpening.

In fact I have a matching B&T to my DPH from my buddy in TX that is made from that same lot of 15n20, great little knife.
