In the style Broomhead & Thomas(New Pic's Added)

Hi all, This is my latest piece off the bench. A bowie in the style of Broomhead and Thomas. Sorry for the poor pic's, I plan on sending it off to Chuck Ward tomorrow.

Spec's are

Blade; 9 1/2 x 1 15/16Th's x 3/16Th's 440C. Mirror polished flats with hand rubbed satin finished bevels.

Guard; Nickel.

Handle frame; One piece machined nickel silver

Handle material; Tortoise shell celluloid on gold leaf foil with 4 nickel pins and nickel escutcheon plate.

OAL; 14 3/4 inches

Sheath; 8/9 oz leather with file worked nickel tip and throat and nickel stud.

One of the coolest knives I've seen here. Love that tortoise shell and old school style.
 
That's quite a Bowie and sheath, Sir.....exceptional work my friend.

Bob the knife arrived this morning....Pictures did not do your work justice. I was happy with the pictures but was amazed with the knife.

I LOVE that blade, that is an amazing shape, beautiful and classic. can't give enough compliments on this one.
 
Robert, that is a great piece of work! I love it all! The sheath is outstanding too! Lots of work went into that package! The Spanish Notch is interesting.

I have noticed I always am behind my new friend Dudley in commenting!
 
This knife would look so cool in a western, I picture it in a bar scene at a poker table, cause it's definitely a little too upscale for a cowboy, but a gambler,hmmm....
