My advice to you is to drink heavily. It may not help... but what would it hurt??? :D

I've been watching hockey since I was born and I just cannot stand the officiating that goes in the playoffs. So many penalties that would get called in regular season go over looked. I know they do this because they want it to be more "intense" but it goes to far when missed calls change the outcome of the game. For at least 3 years now (since Boston won the cup), the playoffs officials have been a joke.

Agreed. Annaheim's tying goal should have not happened due to a trip behind the net. I'd say it's been getting steadily worse for the last decade or so..
 
Yeah I saw that last night, and it's sad but much worse goes on. In the last 3-4 playoffs, I've seen countless high sticks (that drew blood), cross checks and just blatant penalties go un called. Also the scrumps that go on after every whistle is really getting out of hand. I love hockey, but it's like the regular season and playoffs are two different games now.
 
Yeah, I know. But, how great would a rematch of 2009 be?

I'm rooting for the wings up to the finals.
 
Oh yeah, I've always loved the wings, just not sure they have the depth with the off season lost. But they're the red wings so anything can happen with Datsyuk and Zetterberg on the ice.
