the man is obviously extremely talented and skilled. That is all.

SO FINE, I like this model.
I tend to be drawn to the sleeker slipjoint models like this and the toothpicks.

Outstanding, Elliott!! I love what Ken has come up with here. The long, sleek wharncliffe blade compliments the clip partner so well. The yellow micarta and CPM D2 steel (one of my favorite user steels) makes this one for the ages in my book. What a load of steel in one trim package and what a nice Santa!

Appreciate the good words. Plain or fancy there just doesn't seem to be a challenge I can throw at this man that he can't do.

I often wonder whether he and Robert Johnson spent some time down at the crossroads together figuring out ways to cheat the devil...

That is phenomenal. This is one pattern I must admit I've been disappointed that I haven't seen from the custom guys before. I've got several a Schatt/Morgan in this pattern, and a custom would be something I'd love to have. Nice to know it is a possibility.

Elliott, there are no hell hounds on Ken's trail . . . he is a very blessed man!

I, like Kevin, prefer the sleek ones. Another beauty, for sure.

I usually prefer natural material for the handle, but the yellow micarta is clean and beautiful.
I like the simple taste !

The Muskrat was never a favorite pattern, but seeing that one SURE makes me want it!

Ken Erickson makes AWESOME knives!

You must be excited to have that on the way Elliott.

Thanks for showing it,
Peter

What a great knife. The threaded bolsters give it that little extra touch.

That's beautiful....... Elliot, you have some fine knives and outstanding taste in folders. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you all for the kind words. I'm sure that Ken is as excited as I am to read them. As I mentioned in the other thread, I really wasn't sure what to expect in terms of how folks would react to this particular pattern as its not one I ordinarily gravitate toward...but when I had the germ of an idea and started laying it out to Ken in detail it just gained a momentum of its own which carried forward from my thoughts to Ken's uniquely able hands and artistry.
