Step-son is getting invention ready to be produced. Is there an easy,low cost method of doing this ?

He has worked on this for about seven years & only has a "Poor Man's" patent. Is this safe ? I guess there are patent offices in all major cities ?


Any advice welcomed.

Talk to a business attorney. Messing this up means very costly mistakes down the road that have to be fixed, IF they can be fixed. A lawyer will charge less than $500 to incorporate a business.
