Thought I'd share the thread and some pics of this Busse/Bussekin get-together we had Saturday with the crew here, despite the freezing temps and snow.

We had a decent turnout for an overnight snowfall and unplowed roads. Chili, beer, steel, woodstove and pit fire - what else can one ask for??

It was fun! The fire was enough to stay warm. Im still thinking of the best knife there, though any more would be blasphmy.

Wish I could have been there, that fire sure looked a lot warmer than where I was Saturday, I was actually 30' up in a tree in the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge all day during that snow Saturday on a special muzzeloader deer draw hunt.

Let me know when the spring outing is planned as I would like to try and attend.
