Indonesian model?

Holy thread necromancy! I can't even see the pics this thread is so old!

At any rate, e-mail Yangdu at HIMIMP@aol.com. It's definitely not a regular model that they produce and sell regularly, but you'll be taken care of no problem. Cheers!

I wouldn't call it thread necromancy. He's not posting in an old thread - just starting a new thread linking to one. Perfectly alright :p

It's not a model that comes up too often as moogoogaidan said, but just about anything that HI has produced can always be reproduced via special order. You'll have to wait until January to do so though as the kamis are rather backlogged on orders :(

Haha, yowza! Someone pulled a fast one on me Killa, I swear! I think a mod must have used his or her magic to turn the post into a new thread, but when I saw it it was on a post from 2006. Either way though, definitely alright! :D

Oh man! Sweet score there man! Those are some sweet blades
Never seen a piggyback setup with the AKB before. What knife is that?

the guy i bought it from said the skinner knife and piggy back sheath was made by Dan Koster - and that he made it to match the Bowie -- the handle is exactly the same just smaller - who ever did it made it match really nice -- but i do not know for sure who made it there are no marks on the smaller knife

Sounds about right.....
I was wondering why i didnt recognise the little knife.
But, it does look like a koster made blade.
If i were you i'd hang onto them. AFAIK dan doesnt do leather or handles and such anymore, because he's too busy w/ his day job, family and kosterknives.

I plan on leaving it to my son - when I'm gone :)
