Great show. Met GK4ever and saw mschwoeb, danbo, bigwavedave and a few others.

GK scored (stole) a SWEET Mean Street that from what Eric, Flatlander, and I could tell strongly looks like a Desert Warfare WITH BLACK SCALES!! The tubes are matte finished like the DWMS, and it is thicker than a standard MS (maybe 9/32 or 5/16).

There was a lot of traffic and interest (folder...) shown.

Sorry Chuck, you didn't show up for your AD variant so I sold it to a newbie. I'm sure she'll apreciate in the kitchen like she said.

We're set for March. Hope to see some of you hogs and piggies there.

The folder was there?  Did anyone get any pics? Wish I could have been there but it's a pretty good drive from Central Arkansas. The is going to be a kniife show in Little Rock in early Feb. I don't guess that a Busse Rep is going to be there, though:(

Mike,

It was nice to meet you, Danbo, Eric and Flatlander. I decided to get there earlier than usual, so there was still some INFI left on the table!:D

Well, I measured the MS and it is 1/4" (maybe just a bit over, but definitely not even 9/32"). I looked at the tubes under magnification, and they do have a darker, frosty look compared to the usual brass tubes. But even at 1/4", I’m happy, especially for the price. It is the first MS I have ever held, and now I see why some of you like them so much!

You guys brought along some nice Busses, including a SH BA, SH SH and Eric’s SJ variant. I really like the finger grooves on the SJ variant – they make the handle feel great; it is definitely a cool knife!

Gene

p.s., I need to delay my next knife purchase and buy a digital camera so I can post some pics.:(

Sorry man, I meant that there were a lot of questions about the folder.

I wish I'da had one to show.

Gene, glad you like the MS. Need a Sttel Heart???

Had agreat time hanging out with Mike and seeing all the others. That was the SWEETEST variant that Eric had!! If only I could get it and the Internal Affair I could die a happy man. Sorry about the PD variant 1WB, she said something about opening cans of catfood with it :(
Bob

Mike, Bob, Gene, Danbo, Big Wave Dave and others

It was good to see/meet all of you guys. I really enjoyed having a chance to get together and talk INFI

Gene,
Great score on that MS, if you ever decide to sell it ;):D

Bob,
Thanks for letting me "fondle" your other toys. ;):D:D

I also had a chance to see the SH BA, that took a direct hit from a .40 Cal round with only slight scuffing to the coating
The person wearing it on his chest was happy it held up so well :D:D

Good to see everyone, I look forward to the next time we can all get together :D:D

Dang, I saw that Mean Street before anyone else, just didnt get around to asking the price! Congrats on a cool knife.

Sorry I missed you guys:(

I wish I'd taken my DigiCam just for this. I can't believe how good the BA looked and after I heard the whole story, I've got to get a pic. Hopefully in March I'll remember the camera. :D:D

It was great seeing all of you guys at the show. I managed to pick up a Basic 9(old school, short choil) for a very reasonable price. Still trying to figure out how I can take home that Battle Mistress thatmguy had on the table. Looking forward to the next Indy show in March!

They will not let you in the door with a camera.

All camera's are prohibited items.....there are sings posted at all of the doors:grumpy:

It's to keep the anti-gunners out.
