Anybody use inert gas injection on their HT ovens? What do you think, worth it or not?

I have in the past, and I still do occasionally for a part that just doesn't lend itself to foil. But for my setup (my oven is not really sealed), foil is cheaper than argon, and for air hardening blades I like plate quenching through the foil.

Nathan is right,
Without a muffled oven (sealed oven chamber) It would not work very well. We used nitrogen as the inert gas.

I've used gas in my muffled oven but switched to anti scale compound. It is cheaper and easier for me. I don't run stainless; all carbon steels.
