Inexpensive custom folder?

So is there such a thing as an inexpensive custom folder? I would love to get a custom knife that is inexpensive and yet unique. Are there any recommendations for custom knife makers or are they all expensive. My difference between expensive and inexpensive is right around the 300 dollar mark.

Keep an eye on the exchange for a custom user.
They can be found at your price, but probably from a newer or lesser known maker.
