inexpensive knife cases?

Where do you buy your zippered soft knife cases at the best price. I am looking for sized around 7 inches and also around 16 inches.

I have bought some from smoky mountain knife works, pops and usaknife makers. they all seem to be about the same. Smoky mountain has them for $3 each though.
