Inexpensive S&W Knives w/440C Blades?

I have seen a few models of the Smith & Wesson knives with 440C blades at very reasonable prices. I know many of them, if not all, are foreign made. (i.e. China)

For under $25.00 they look like they would be very decent knives. Does anyone have any experiences with them? I am very tempted to buy a couple.
