Inexpensive sebs

I noticed Meridian Tactical is selling sebs below set prices. The prices are about 20% cheaper than retail. I thought all dealers had to sell sebs at retail prices? They have a large micarta for about $360 and small unique graphic for $340. They have plain small sebs for about $265. Is this too good to be true? I want to buy one.

Are the knives new? You know what they say about things that are too good to be true. If they are new and want to take a chance feel free to purchase. Maybe he bought the knives from a dealer that had to liquidate? I'd find out if I were you.

Dealers are supposed to charge retail but that's hard to enforce. Those are most likely second hand knives. But I say if you can get a good deal, go for it! It's the American way!

Check GBU for meridian, I thought they where out of business, maybe Ihave that wrong.

I was close to placing an order. But heck, I'll pay more at NG so my blood pressure doesnt go up for a week while waiting to see if I got hosed.

Meridian Tactical has an unsatisfactory rating from the Better Business Bureau. Thats enough for me to stay away.

A bad rating is a good enough reason not to buy from them. I would rather pay more for NGK piece of mind. Thanks for the info.

I ordered my Sebenza with a small discount (from another Authorized Dealer). I am not going to start to bad mouth anyone here, I did get what I ordered. It finally shipped after sending several emails. It wasn't worth the trouble! Whether you get a discount or not, make sure you order from someone reputable.
