IIRC, Jerry posted that Busse's R&D have been working on the Cryogenics/heat treatment for INFI to get it to higher RC ratings. There was no mention of a new molecular structure for INFI, nor did he call it INFI 2.0. I think some forum members dubbed the INFI 2.0 monicker for the new HT protocol Busse is working on.

INFI 2.0 is kind of misleading, in that it makes it sound like it's a totally different composition. All jerry was talking about is a modification of the heat treatment to get it to higher rc's. Two examples of higher rc blades are the WASP SHBM and the BAD (boney active duty), both in the 60-62rc range.
