Anyone into Robotics?

My Sister-in-law's brother is finishing his Bachelor's in Comp Sci and as a final project, he is making a battle bot.

This got me thinking...

I'm a grad student taking a dual Madters in Business Administration & Comp Science, so I checked into electives that I can take today and sure enough, I can take several robotics courses.

I've never had any interest in robotics, but I am really tempted to take the course and build a gnarly HOG battle bot, equipped with as much rotating, thrusting, chomping, and chopping INFI as possible.

Anyone want to donate some INFI to the cause? Ha. I'm thinking I'll need two Holy Tearers for the ears. How about a rerelease in INFI?

In all serious, I think that would be a pretty awesome way to earn credit. It might be a bit cost prohibitive though.

If I end up taking any of the robotics courses, I'll be sure to add pictures & specs and crowd source some ideas as I build my Nuclear HOG Battle Bot.

A Battle Bot swinging a Moab at its opponent would be awesome. Maybe a couple War Boars for the tusks?

You would have to have a few KZ's attached at the handles like a lawn mower blade. :D

If I promise that I'll bring it to Blade and that it'll serve booze, maybe Jerry will throw in.

I dont mind donating a blade but I think it would be swinging a gladius!:thumbup:
