Jerry---You have to offer an infi chef knife. Take a poll on blade length, and grind them out, please. :)

A great idea. I would buy one (or more). Why not two models, a thin chefs knife with an 8" to 8.5" blade and a slightly heavier Mediterranean Dirk interpretation.

I'm in .... I would love to have another infi culinary knife ...

offer a couple thicknesses, too. a fatty, and one about as thin as the BAD. and a 10" blade!

The NICKS are neat, but honestly, it wouldnt be my first pick for a kitchen knife (especially for the price). I just dont find that INFI truly shines unless it's being abused with high impact work.

An chinese clever made of infi would be sweet, but for thin kitchen knives infi wouldnt be my first pick even if price werent such an issue.

I'm just going to campaign for a Busse Puukko and damned what anyone else thinks! How about that Nessmuck we were teased with? Bring that!

Half Santoku, half traditional French/chef? The Best of both knives. Yessir!!

Make it BAD hard, thicken up that handle a bit (I really dislike the anorexic feel of the III handle) and as thin as the regular NICK and we'd be in bizzznizz.

Agree a std pointed blade would be nice for rocking the knife. Although I find I really enjoy my NICK despite all the "problems" (giggle) I mentioned.

HOGS!! Is this ALL the interest there is for an INFI chef knife!!! Don't you guys and girlz, cook??!! This chef knife would be the finest chef knife on the planet!!
JERRY!!

I forgot to add my preferred length, 8".
Think about it, an INFI chef knife in every kitchen.
JERRY??!!

Do you mean like this ????? :D

You guys don't have one ?????
