INFI in the kitchen 2 - Which one is your favorite

Hello Hogs,

I was looking for some advice in the old threads, and found some interesting things.
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/503905-INFI-in-the-kitchen/page1

I'm my fishing/camping trips I'm the designated cook.

I do use my NMSFNO and CABS a lot, I mean A LOT. They are fantastic to handle with meat, fish , but I thinner blade would be good for other "food preparation tasks". I have a Wusthof chef knife, but INFI is way more cool.
Most of you have much more experience with INFI than I do, so what is your favorite piece of INFI in the kitchen?

Basic 4 anorexic, cultie, cabs, meaner is great too. The thinner blades are better, for obvious reasons.

my muck see's alot of food prep. so does the paul's, mostly on boney thing's.

I don't like combat knives in the kitchen :p and the NICK is a bit too rare and expensive for me.

However, when that huge turkey or piece of roast presents itself, I bring out the Bushwacker Mistress to cleave everything.

If I get sometime hard like a pumpkin or watermelon, then
...The Basic11 cuts the watermellons though!:D

Watermelon?!? no ... no... no. resingirl prefers the Waki for watermelon.

When it's big & meaty like a turkey or roast, I'll break out the SAR6. Like you, I don't like combat grades in the kitchen either so the only one I'll use there is the B11. The Waki & the Rucki are (I know sacreligious) safe queens. I really need something big & anorexic in the kitchen. The muk's been used lately for a frozen icecream cake the misses got me for my b-day & it's thin profile & convexed edge is PERFECT on frozen dairy! cuts prettier slices than you'll get in a restaurant!
