Grocery store had Pork Roast on sale last week. I needed to cut it up to freeze. I decided this called for INFI. Washed off the .27 FBM with the hand shaped black & orange G10. It cut like a champ. The roast is quartered and in the freezer, the FBM is washed and put away. It's always fun to use the INFI, especially on pork:D

I'd love a full INFI kitchen set one day including the XXXL nick as part of the lineup. I do a lot of cooking and my kitchen knives are kinda terrible. Hopefully Jerry see's the kitchen as combat one day, and releases a set. Fruit coming at me from the front, flanked by flank steak, celery on my six...I need kitchen INFI. :D

I have a thin NICK and it's the most used knife in the house. Still looks great, a little patina, but that just makes her even prettier :)

like this?

Yea, that's the thing about Busse, you can't do anything without a camera, cause if you post you did anything, then "It didn't happen unless there are pictures"
=)

I never claimed anything did not happen, I just like me some knife porn! :D Great knives guys! Sooo jealous (and still in dire need of a drooling smiley lol)

These threads make me hungry.:)
