Infi in the Raw

I put a bit of paint thinner on my ASH1 today to see what would happen and the paint came right off in my fingers! So I stripped the bastid! All that raw INFI looks mighty fine:thumbup:

Your blade looks very even without the finish. Did you notice any lines or other colorations in it when the finish came off?

It's like it's double cut or just blasted lightly so the paint will stick to the steel properly. There's a few little grind lines and imperfections, but nothing major or even that noticeable. This thing is a beater, so scratched, dents and dings are quite welcome! The stripper I used was actually 2 pack paint reducer, it eats everything. It even bleached the handles a bit.
