This one is not quite a modified Busse. It is however made from INFI that came from another project. Anyone have an idea of what it might have been originally?

Made this one over a year ago and finally got around to taking pics of it. Made this out of a HT'd piece of INFI from another project. Alternating Chisel Grinds gives it 3 edges. Tapered tang and handles are maroon linen with a 1/8" mosaic pin and 1/4" Thong hole.

i really like the shape and grind's on that one. can we get an in hand pic please? i'm not sure what it was, but the taper on the tang is differnt. usually the taper is for the blade, not the tang.

Wow, very cool! Do you have to anneal it and then HT it again to do something like this? or do you just start grinding, and let the talent take over? I am very curious.

I'm PRETTY (but not quite) sure the mudders have a straight handle that isn't too thick. Not sure you could get that shape out of a S4. Or I could be totally wrong. It's happened. LOL

Here's the/an other one he made recently with a Tom Anderson Ti Nukupod (I've carried it like this and it works great and just disappears in your pocket), next to my Culti for scale. Despite its small size, it fits in-hand well and would make a great CQ weapon.
