Infi Nightmare

Last night I was sharpening my beloved SJTAC when the blade started to bend, first in one direction and then in the other. It ended up looking like an S-shape if viewed from the spine. Weird I thought and then tried to flatten it, at which point the blade broke in two places. OH MY GOD I WAS FREAKED. Well at least I was confident that Jerry would take care of this and started to put the broken blade pieces in a box. I stared down at the blade fragments and noticed that they had the same flame-like markings as my Fire Warden ... WAIT A MINUTE SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG I thought and started to get very nervous. BOOM I woke up in a sweat and ran to the closet and unsheathed the SJTAC, OH what a perfect beauty. While this was just a bad dream it did make me appreciate the Busse warranty and is probably as close as I'll ever get to actually needing it.

INFI is the drug, I rebeveled my AD down to about 10 degrees per side before going to bed and was so completely enraptured with the polished edge that I just couldn't get it out of my mind.

Actually one of my pleasant INFI dreams is to strip my AD and send it to you for a full flat or convex grind and polishing.
