INFI Rat Tail?

The skeleton key is pretty sweet.

Don't use one for prying though... I broke mine fairly easily.
Jerry told me it was because of the hollow grind..
 
To me the rat tail kinda resembles the Killer Bee, though I believe the Killer Bee is a bit longer.
 
No worries! I'll bet one would look pretty mean with a japanese wrap....especially in rayskin!
 
A flat, convex or even, ahem, chisel grind would add strength!

The Skeleton key is a little smaller than the Rat Tail. The Cultellus is a little bigger than the Rat Tail, but I think it'd be closer to what you'd want.

Sorry, not even in the same league. The KBs are massive compared to the SKs. My KB is another sharpened pry bar.

the cultellus is closer to the rat tail, but neither it or the skeleton key are anything like it.

I was gonna say that it looks nothing like the killer bee, but in reality with it's straight handle and it's blade profile, it is kinda similar.

I would LOVE to see an infi rat tail, expecially sans choil. the rat tail is 3/16" full flat ground. it's not quite as sharp as a skeleton key - but a whole lot stronger. it's got a straight small handle thats roughly the same length as the blade. the gaurd is thinner then normal, but substantial enough to work - and most importantly it's not wide. that means your index finger is exceptionally close to the blade when compared to the majority of swamp rat, scrap yard and busse knives. it is very, very hard to find a busse knife where the edge isn't a mile away from your hand. and that includes things like the ba3 - the choil+the talon hole gaurd ads up to be considerably more space then the little rat tails gaurd.

I have nothing but praise for the rat tail, and edc'ing mine in my front pocket has only cemented my love for it. it's small enough to edc around sheeple, but stout enough to baton with.

INSTEAD of just making an infi version of the rat tail - I'd like a fusion of other models and elements that I know will never ever happen, but I would LOVE it if it did -
