I have a boss jack, and was using it to pry some chunks out of a log, it took a nice set in the tip. I was able to bend it back, and it didnt break. I didnt think I was prying hard enough for it to take a set. Any clues how far you can flex it without it taking a set? I thought it was weird, and didnt expect it. My swamprat rmd has gone through the same thing with no problems. Should I be concerned about breaking the tip now?

Once it takes a set and you bend it back it's gonna be weaker than before, might wanna call up Busse and get this preemptively checked out before it breaks on you.

Doesnt infi have more lateral strength than sr101? I dont think it should have taken a set so easily.

Just beat the piss out of it and don't worry about it.

Send it in if it breaks. Until then, give it hell

I guess that works. For the meantime, i'll carry my rmd as a back up when im out in the woods. See how long it lasts. Thanks guys.
