I donno about anyone else but I enjoy throwing knives, shurikens (throwing stars) etc just like alotta other people but noticed after time alot of chips, dents and whatnot seem to always happen no matter how good the accuracy.

With how impressed ive been after first using a busse knife with INFI steel has long since made me even think of another steel or brand name of knife. Any chance in my lifetime I'll see an INFI throwing knife or star?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before?

We live in a society that is seriously scared of anything that is potentially dangerous.

I couldnt agree more!

And just for the record! Back in the day Vince Neil of Motley crue was denied entry into canada due to the spikes he had on his wrist bands and whatnot! Seriously canada?

Ha canada... f'n ridiculous. Thats all I have.

Infi throwing stars... oilpatcher turned smuggler. GAME ON!!!

What would an INFI throwing star go for? $187...$227...each (less steel but more labor)? ;) No thank you! I'd throw one once, never see it again. :D:D
SR101 might be the better choice, with a DLC coating. Dunno how much cheaper after shipping off for the DLC, however... :)

Jaxx, you make a valid point. I'd be one to lose every star I got my hands on. It'd be bad news bears for me.

If they were made in whatever steel I guess they could be done in orange and maybe a bright green if people chose to aid in recovery?

I'm not so sure that this would help me very much. I can kinda throw darts, knives, axes and tomahawks but when it comes to stars I just can't quite seem to figure it out. Those things just go rogue on me. :D

How about a INFI boomerang so it comes back to you so you don't lose it?

One word....OUCH!

Even a nice dedicated throwing knife would be awesome. I tend to find alot of em will dent or break very easily after some use.

Im sure some busse infi could hold up to years of throwing:)
