Just got my first forged Tomahawk. It is a Craig Barr, just finished a curly maple haft for it and got it all finished out. Proud of it for my first time finishing a haft. Done it the the 17th century way. It got my to thinking how nice it would be if Busse offered a infi tomahawk head that a traditional hawk haft could be fitted too. Anyone else like to see one.

Wow, that looks awesome!

I'd looove an Infihawk, but I'd want a one piece head/handle like the Rattlehawk.

Paul's Hatchet comes to mind but it is a hatchet. A bit small to be a true tomahawk but it is made if INFI. Perhaps, if the SRKW's Sniperhawk and Rattlehawk have done well enough, Jerry will crank out a few in INFI. The Ratmandu was/is popular and did lead to the Swatmandu. There may be a few floating around BC as military or LEO overruns but if the demand is too small to justify a production run, perhaps a request to the Custom Shop is in order.

BTW, beautiful work by the OP. PS

Price and design would be the 2 factors that would concen me. I'd like to see just a hawk head and a wooden handle version as well as a full tang version.

good idea! i want just the head part too that way i can put whatever handle length i want depending on my mood - as a hatchet, throwing, lightweight two-handed chopper like my h&b forge shawnee (which has won the most throwing competitions but works really well as a chopper too).

Congrats u812 that is a gorgeous hawk!!!!

Would love to see one in INFI from Busse!
