This holiday season was a bit different from most. Overnight, my entire family got hit with Influenza B. . . . 7-10 days of fevers and a variety of different symptoms made this Christmas one to remember. . . or maybe forget. :eek:o_O:confused:

Everyone is back on track now and we were very lucky to have gotten on Tamiflu right from the beginning!

Amy told her dad, Tom, that we had gotten hit and he thought maybe that would make a good name for a new model, the INFIuenza B !!! . . . Now that's clever and funny!!!!!! :D:thumbsup:

I see now where his daughter got her great sense of humor!!!! :D:thumbsup:

Cheers to you Tom!

Glad you're all feeling better !! Now about that new INFI for 2020..........

My brother had it this year too. Saw him yesterday. Fool better not have spread it to me or my family otherwise he'll get the pointy end of my INFIuenza B after I get my shipping ding.

It comes down to kids and schools- Those buildings are filled with every germ in the book and the kids bring all that stuff home and create local outbreaks and epidemics man. Here a few years back one of my buddies granddaughters who was in pre-school loved to jump up on my lap and hug me and give me slobbery kisses. She gave me strep throat -never had it in my life. I was recovering and after a couple weeks damn if she didn't do it AGAIN! Back on the heavy doses of antibiotics again! I suggest those plastic shields and decontamination protocols with a bleach shower at the front door- and above all quarantine Jerry from the shop as he is possibly the source of these all to frequent outbreaks of debilitating viruses which wipe out production and cause setbacks in the bacon shipments.

Get well Soon Boss! and Please, as tough as it is, drink plenty of good Whisky as it's a natural germ killer - And by good I don't mean those screw cap things on the bottom shelf. You need to look up in the 100 proof stuff and up, avoid that watered down girly stuff you big stud mule. :D

Glad to hear you guys are on the up swing. Wishing all of you a speedy recovery.

INFIuenza. Hmmm...... Interesting concept. Perhaps an “illness” could befall all of the ‘“kin”. A bit of are imitating life. Maybe an Infected, or Viral line of blades. Swine Flu for the Hogs, Black Death/The Plague for the Rats, and perhaps a Rabid Dog from the Yard. I’d imagine they’d all lose some weight from their conditions. A thinning of the herd, if you will. Food for thought. ;)

The flu has been a wicked mistress this year, when it hits a family it tears through it and effects everyone. Half of my oldest daughter class missed school before Christmas and one child had to be hospitalized.

Glad to hear you are all starting to feel better :-)

Sorry to hear you were all hit. But glad to hear you're on the upwards trajectory!
Hope you're all getting better and better by the day! Last I heard, alcohol kills germs. Maybe some whiskey will help! Heck, we fought off an ear infection with brandy before!

Cheers to the first new Busse model of 2020: the Busse Combat INFIuenzaB and it's Battle Grade sibling, the FluB! :D

Blade design:
Length: somewhere between 7"-10" (for days long of flu battle)
Spine waves (like on Forsaken BM or Hell Razor 2) or CBT or another high/low or wavy design element (ref: KPB?) signifying the temperature fluctuations of both the high fevers and chills experienced.
Yellow/Green/Red G-10 handles for the Tamiflu at Christmas.

Ha! I can dream!:p;)

Gosh Bossman, glad you guys were able to get on Tamiflu from the beginning. It makes an incredible difference. So glad yall are better now.

Keep your head up. It's tough but good things are coming your way. We aren't done with you yet.

That is a horrible way to spend the holiday:( Glad to hear you are all recovering. I've heard this year's flu has been brutal.

Hope you all feel better quickly!

I managed to come down with a respiratory bug, which has fortunately not spread. Hope the new knife is available soon, as I'm ready to buy at a feverish pace!
