Inflatable pontoon boats?

I am looking at the "Trout Unlimited, 'Colorado'" model, anyone have any recomendations, I eventually would like to hook up a fish finder and a platform I could stand on, a swivel seat and a set of better oars (maybe some for white water [wider paddle for more power]) and thinking of getting a small electic trolling motor for one my wife could use (she had a neck injury resulting in a ruptured disk and now can only lift 10 pounds, doctors orders)
