Info concerning 8 yo Curtis F3

I purchased this knife but it didn't come with a COA or name pouch
Did older Curtis customs have those?

I have a medium F3 that is about 3 or 4 years old that I purchased directly for the shop and it did not come with any documents. I have an old compact F3 that came in a metal tin and small cloth (I got this second hand).
