That's a Camillus CUDA Aftermath. Like its better-known brother the Camillus CUDA Maxx, the CUDA Aftermath was a production version of one of Darrel's custom knife models (the Madd Maxx and the Aftermath, respectively). The Aftermath, in turn, was the predecessor to the AXD, hence the resemblance that crimsonfalcon07 pointed out.

Not sure about the run size. These were made in 2003-ish, years before I got into knife collecting, and I haven't been able to find any info online regarding exactly how many were made. They're definitely highly collectible, though.
 
I believe it was in the 500 range for production. Maybe less. It was supposed to go for longer but, this is when Camillus started having financial troubles.
