Looking for specifics (Age/model) on a knife of my grandfathers. It is a 3-3/4" long with 2 slightly different blades from the same side. Schrade Cut Co, Waden, NY. Wooden (ebony? handle). Similar to a model 2122, but have not seen any with 2 very similar blades. See Pic

That looks like a TL-29 (electrician's knife) that has been very well loved (and sharpened).

Yep, that was once a TL-29 with a spear main and screwdriver/wire stripper secondary. Looks to be WW2 vintage if I remember the tang stamps right.

It started life as an electricians knife with a spear point main blade and a screwdriver / scraper secondary.

Although not a Schrade like your grandfather's well loved example,it probably looked very similar to this Camillus originally

Your grandfather certainly carried that knife a lot, and I'm sure even though its well worn I'm sure its treasured greatly. As it should be, that is a wonderful thing to have IMHO.
