These two were around quite a few years ago, sadly I do not remember the specific models:
1) by Wenger, it looks like an ultra large SAK with a plier built-in within the handle it comes with a bit driver that fits in a slot in the handle (the tool becomes a sort of T handle for the bit driver)

2) by SOG, all metal, looks like a cross-breed between a British army jack knife and a pair of plier. The plier is built-in within the handle, two large blades (one sort of pointy smooth edge, the other sheepsfoot serrated), some other implement I don't remember, a large flat screw driver consisting in one of the liners protruding from the handle (like in the British Army jack knife)

I know my description sucks big time but I hope someone will remember them.
Does anybody know the model reference / ever used one of these? how do they perform? Are they still available somewhere?

The SOG looked like one tool but at that time I couldn't afford it

Thanks a lot for the links!
Yes they are not pretty at all, but think if they are only half good as they are ugly......
Over the years I only had Leathermans (the basic one, a wave, 2 super tools, a super tool 200) and Gerbers (2 mutlipliers 600) and once a locking Kershaw but I have always been curious about these two.
I would like to see something with only few extremely stout implements on.
