I am a traditional fan but I'm not knowledgeable about KA-BARs so I hope someone can help me.

I just acquired a large jack (4" closed and quite stout at 4.1 oz.) pictured below. It is a very nice knife.

I'm hoping to learn more about it, in particular the type of blade steel it has. It is obviously stainless but beyond that I know not.

Etched on the main blade is "KA-BAR K CLUB", "1990", "LO", and "LIMITED EDITION", and on the reverse tang of the main is "KL090". The secondary blade has "102" on the tang.

Any info. would be much appreciated.

Andrew

The Green smooth bone limited edition knife is 1 of 480 yours being #102, most club knives where done by Queen and Case and no mention in the literature about the steel will have to wait for our Ka-Bar expert on that one, knife also referred to as the new shape Bent Barlow and only sold as a pair. Run of 500 was to be done but final number only 480. Nice Knife Andrew and hope that helps

I have no info on it, but DAMN! that green bone is sexy. Nice piece!

Thanks, gents. That is helpful and I do like this one.
