info on a Boker slipjoint?

I recently picked up this Boker, but as you can see from the picture, it has seen a lot of mileage. I'm wondering if Boker has a repair service and who I would contact about that. I know some consider that sacrilege, but I figure it deserves a fresh start.

I was wondering about getting the main blade replaced, possibly the spay as well, but it does depend on what is cost effective. there isn't any sentimental value to this knife, so it may very well be that by the time all is said and done, it won't be worth it to me to do anything with it.
