info on black jack knife

I was looking for someone who could give me a rough estimate of the value of a knife I received as a gift in my collection. It is a genuine black jack mdl#bj-1713 which was discontinued in 1997. It has a scalbert with a silver star on it that looks like an old texas rangers badge. It is carbon steel w bj logo and numbered 1of100. tHIS IS FOR INSURANCES PURPOSES ONLY BECAUSE AFTER MUCH RESEARCH IT SEEMS TO BE A VERY COLLECTABLE KNIFE.
