Not entirely sure where to ask this so...
I have a Benchmade Adamas 175 fixed blade knife. I kind of like it.
However, the one issue that keeps coming back around every time I pick the thing up is "I sure wish this thing had some real grips".
It seems this is a possibility, seeing as how there's enough holes in the right places on the handle.
I would try my hand at this myself, however, I do not really have the know-how needed for this, and I also do not have the ability to deal with all the fiberglass byproduct of G10 in my house...
Apparently no-one makes any sort of grip for this thing, and my current level of researching has gotten me nowhere on the custom side- it seems most custom G10 grip makers are either no longer in business, not accepting new work, or frankly just want to much $$.
So, does anyone here know a maker that can make a set of custom handles (probably plus hardware too, given the size of the holes in the knife handle) for an Adamas 175 fixed, for a reasonable price?
Not looking for anything fancy or complex- just a simple set of textured grip slabs (maybe a slightly custom texture pattern, but nothing complex).
