Info on Jet-Aer G-96?

I was given this knife by my father. Would like to find out any info. regarding this knife. It's a G-96 boot knife, fixed blade, boot sheath, and a cheesey looking plastic and aluminum handle. The blade is double-edged so it's quite illegal to carry. Also I don't own a pair of cowboy boots to conceal it! The blade says Jet-Aer Patterson New Jersey. It can't be worth too much money, but did a search on e-bay and only found a pair of pliers mfg. by Jet-Aer. Thanks for all replies!

The Jet-Aer G-96 was a Japanese import brand from the 70s. It cost $12-20 new, I can't remember the exact cost. Ask Mr. Levine for more info.
